Accumulation, slowing down significantly. Does not look like they’ll hit 90%. KIN has 5.05% and suspect they’re mopping up going for 10% to block TO. Some other substantials involved DGO Gold 6,62%, 2invest AG 7.92%, Regal funds 6.67%. IMO GMD should have offered SH fair value and they’d be over the line, shameful offer and Leigh Junk proved to be total JUNK! Best of luck to all!
