I wonder how this will affect things when VPG announces its first dividends again, at a share price of circa 10-20 cents, the report of dividends looks a bit silly at a cent, half a cent, quarter of a cent or even less.

With a 10 to 1 consolidation and a share price of $1 to $2, first dividends will be reported as multiples of full cents.

Sounds better.
