Isn't Carolyn Cummings the bird who wrote the article claiming top Ryde has been sold to GPT Group for 700 odd million? Have not heard anyone confirming this sale even though top Ryde has been in the news with some store openings etc. If this birds article is correct it would surely be good for the SP of Valad. Were did she get this sale info from, there was also an article in the AFR on this same subject but know one knows anything or do they? Holding VPG for the long term in my Super Fund + GMG and some species.
