Agree, that I think the main issue is that it is Computershare NZ (not Aus) - which makes this trickier, I will logon to that next to try it out,

Other SPPs that I have seen are very straightforward.... often just a BPAY with your specific reference number, and the shares are allocated automatically (no need for tedious paperwork).

Also, I am a bit annoyed around the lack of detail on this SPP.... e.g on 02/06 they announced that the record date for the SSP was 28/05... this was the first I;d seen of this (assume that it would have been mid-May when the insto offer was announced?).... so I felt like a dunce for selling a parcel on 27/05 (which is likely to impact my allotment).
(Though, I don't want to criticise the company - as they have done an awesome job in last 18 months)
