Well the fact is they aren't trading at $1.50 (and if they were you'd be pretty foolish asking for compensation).
Going on the facts, you could have sold them at $1.05 (as I did my TUA shares through CMC markets) and then bought back at 80c, but a system issue prevented you from executing that strategy.
I've successfully argued this multiple times and over the years have received ~$10k in total of compensation when my platform provider failed to deliver the service.
Now if your strategy is to lol it all away, you're more than welcome to adopt that, but others may be interested in seeking compensation for being prevented from trading when they could have.
