yup, sad, had a 4x4 only 22,000 on the clock but had to "give it away" along with boat because as a 2nd veh to my work van it was costing me a fortune p k to run.
They should at LEAST consider lower rates for 2nd Veh.
Wouldn't be so bad if they spent the MV income (including fuel taxes) on roads.
