Been in the game myself and as you would sometimes know all the new commers are like flys and the client/patient/person would ask you to ask them to leave. Not all the time but now and then.
I would ask them why (seemed clear to me) and alot of times they would say, they only come and see me now, what about the past or I never did really like them and I would rather be with friends now.
Just my experience with some people.
