The secret of supporting the share price and maintaining investor interest in a stock is ongoing news flows;
not merely statutory announcements. As TIG ramps up to full production over the next 12 months the
management has to move from development phase into production mode and that means regular
updates on:
-mining
-weather
-coal quality
-presales/expessions of interest/offtake agreements
-port thaw out/freeze up timetable /port stockpiles/blending
-roadmaking (all season road)/timing & $s
-minimg during summer while roadmaking.?
-sales/payment timetable/sales quantities
-trucking shifts/trailers etc to increase port supply
-strip rate/strip progress
-timetable to tap high grade coking coal
etc. etc. etc.
If the company wants the share price to catch up with forward fundamentals , then it has to issue more
regular updates /market guidance rather than directly communicating with the top 5 shareholders, otherwise, IMO, the company could be subject to a cheap takeover.
If MUS expects to sell & be paid for say 100K tons of 6000 quality coal on or before the 31st of July, then it should
say so. No news by an emerging miner is always interpreted by the market as bad news-hence the languishing share price.
