Agree it's frustrating.

I suspect that the corporate deals signed thus far are in principal agreements only. The corporates realise they have under utilised capacity but they will only sign on fully when the DMC fleet size is large enough. This is because they want DMC to guarantee that any capacity released will also be available to them as and when they need.

IMO it's a catch 22 situation and this is what Chris meant by balancing supply and demand. This also suggests to me that the corporate deals are much larger than what we have seen to date and are for both supply and demand.

They seem to be hinting that they are making good progress but there's no guarantees. There is every chance that nothing comes of any of this and we all find out that CL8 has just been one big never ending story. It is a spec after all.

I think a little more patience here is warranted. I'm willing to hold out for a little while yet.
