What do you see? I see..... In the US they investigate/scrutinise the big market players and we long suffering and insecure public/gov? in Australia investigate/critique the regulator?

OK it might get some much needed funds into their coffers,i hope, but c'mon Australia's Government, dont be shy and get stuck into the $ signs. Other OS investors will feel cosy then, imho.
