Hopefully now that the regulations are out the uncertainty will subside and we can get on with progressing finance and developing Epanko.
The heavy-handed approach by President Magufuli in implementing these legislation changes has not been received well by the market. The regulations took far too long to be drafted and published also. I guess these are the joys of operating in a developing country.
