If im a local Tanzanian company seeing pretty much everything already in place for the mine to go ahead Im not signing up to take a 5% cut Im with all my mining buddies down the pub talking about in 11 weeks we are going for the whole kit and caboodle as long as we sit tight and wait it out together.
