yes, a lot of FINE PRINT in this huge doco... will not be the case of a CASUAL GLANCE and swipe right or left by the banks (sorry couldn't resist the tindr analogy) - they will need time and may take a bit of a time going through probably their Top 5 or 10 concerns before deciding if they are happy with the risks (if there are risks that could prompt them to withdraw completely)... if there are a couple of concerns which are outside of the Top#3 then they will definitely proceed with the finance with some "levies" imposed (aka 1% additional interest on the loan)...

at the end of all this BS if we get it across it will still be a good investment for us all... not an ideal investment but definitely a "good" investment with a lot of fingers on the SELL button over the next 1-2 years with panic selling over the simplest of hurdles... I won't blame the investors as we all have different strategies and that is what makes a market...
