Have been trying to get my head around this whole deal for some time & am still not totally clear about what it all means to the average SH. I know that I'm definately not privy to all the ins & outs of the deal & I doubt anyone will ever get to all the facts.

However, on the surface it would appear that we have sold Cape Lambert to the Russians when approval was given to the Chinese.

If indeed the they have colluded to vote as one at the EGM then they have contravened the law - simple as that.

There are of course many other scenarios in this most devious activity. I continue to hold with heart in mouth!
