Hey TO my opinion of why there has been no announcement is quite simple and I would be interested to hear what PL said about this. The reason is that they have been capping the sp because they were in a VWAP period to determine the number of shares to be issued for the capital raising for the Consort buyout. There is no way they were going to announce anything during this time because if would affect the sp.
The capping is now complete and I think you will get the announcement very soon.
