    I agree. Although they only needed 5 days to calculate the VWAP, they were using a 10 day period and that is over. For what ever reason they want to announce the cap raising at the same time as the JV and sign on fee. I agree the approval was given a week or more ago and a few other things have already happened as well. There are no more excuses for not making the announcement now and we should see it any day.
    It is very disappointing if that is what PL is doing.
