somehow these terms got through the 2017 AGM - wonder if those receiving the shares were allowed to vote which they should not have been? there weren't many votes against. terms were that an interest free forgivable debt was given (in the main) to three related parties (you can see from my previous post they were ex-directors etc and thus should not have been able to vote) and if the shares had of gone up they would ha r made an instant profit and just subtracted the debt. but the shares went down and the terms allowed them to not have to pay back the debt. what a sham!!
