@@yelrom Want to try to leave this thread for people to refer to for clear instruction as to where we are with the FDA, rather than debate or speculation. But essentially its pretty clear they are in partnership discussions on CHF and it is the obvious strategy to move forward with a large partner before making a formal FDA application for a confirmatory trial based approval. To be honest this is why I think the company has been a little casual with clarifying progression at times whilst the share price dwindles - if they have a partnership pending it doesn't ultimately matter to them. A CHF partnership would all but assure the company of success commercially and a bouyant share price again.
