After the Qantas ALP 4 Corners Program titled “Flight Risk” I reckon all those problems for Qantas could also very well attach to medical insurance or health insurance especially companies like NIB and MPL.
Is NIB another understaffed, under resourced and prone to outsourcing?
Are their regulators actively pursuing them for their outsourcing, their errors and their customer service, and claims?
