at the moment they are charging over 120% on their thorn brand trying to cover their "cakehole" by saying it is rent/buy. they are clearly flouting the rules and should be not only stopped in their tracks from future carnage they may cause upon innocents in our society, but they should be held responsible in retrospect and significant fines should be imposed. that of course only applies if there is an inkling of justice still available to us here in OZ.
that is why credit suiesse are in not in semantic confusion, but rather money making reality. then again, they might be ignorant and not have had the enlightenment of your posts.

ps- i also noticed that TGA are starting to get genuine competition in their so called "protected" environment.

I sold out of TgA at a loss recently for that reason. When I thought about it I realised I dislike this type of business. For example they are selling a 'near new' iPhone 6 over 24 months which will take it to about $1395. Without plan. And it's refurbished. It's just unconscionable because we all know the demographic type that gets sucked into these type of arrangements.
