probaly not but I guess the same manipulators that brought it up to .03 & dumped all there stock would now be considering to start there next attempt to accumulate & manipulate it back up, you will notice when it happens for now may drag around these levels until news is closer
much better stocks elsewere this is just a dt stock, until they prove themselves
