    I wonder if this is in anyway connected with MO's sudden departure for the UK?

    REH's holding in CWE is about $4.28 mil, so the fallout from this may not be that great, or as Taffy said, perhaps to their advantage.

    I read a comment in a UK forum that said that REH may end up as an energy shell company that has embedded tax advantages from previous losses. All to technical for me, but I will be interested to see how it all pans out.
