Jonman, I sometimes think that 'Law' and 'Justice' are two entities that have nothing more in common than a passing nod to each other. Some more factitious person/s may suggest 'Never the twain shall meet'. ;)

The trouble is, not knowing where the 'Brief' is at progress wise, it's hard to say how many Court Dates will or may be required until a decision is reached.

My only suggestion there as in previous posts, is to keep an eye on the SP during that day (Court date/s) and in particular the volume. This may be the first indication prior to any Ann. That is in theory anyway.
