    Yes JH is part of the Board but blind Freddy can see he has been marginalized for some time!

    But JH was only a small part of my post!

    my concern is my money! my investment! Maybe my kids future! As I said I did a lot of analysis divorced my emotions from my judgement and made the decisions based on where I feel the company needs to go!

    The current Board and Cottee will never go near CP JH and Cotte if an amicable arrangement can be found.
