very interesting....and would not be surprised. If looking back on the failed takeover by LIT....U could have argued based on purely MC's at the time ...it was a merger of equals... probably part of the reason it failed as LPD thought it was a bit cheeky. Then through all the transparency & DD of the takeover memorandums etc.... in come GXY .....so must have picked up on what LIT had seen and decided it was time to put its foot on it . So upshot is that at the very least LPD should be mirroring LIT's MC ....if not edging higher than LIT. Purely on what has already transpired in the whole process up to now. IMhO of course. So I think U R right about 3 cents .....maybe even higher. GLTAH
