as for the BPay lottery:
at least if you try you might be in it - otherwise a refund, so no loss just possible gain
but as far as I'm concerned a black mark against management - who I thought were looking after longstanding "investors"
I'd assume all the smart day-traders would have soaked it all up - just to offload for a premium when the time comes
They just didn't think that one thru'
