amidst all this carnage.
anyway the only sore issue for me with gpt is its cds exposure,other than that i fail to see how material and labour costs which dominate the asset value of big end reits,
i fail to see how these could diminish by any significant amount without dramatic impact on domestic domiciles.
currently hold mof and gpt in the reits and given the sp. look constantly at bbi and to a lesser extent vpg,mof was an unbelievable opportunity under short pressure,and i took advantage,gpt i hold at 62.5c av
