I got in today at $2.50. Hopefully this is the bottom- though there could be a dead cat bounce happening today.
When vaccine news first came out one of the sectors to rally the strongest was REIT. The sector has retreated of late as covid has caused lockdowns and caused concern in eastern states.
I expect the sector and MGR to rally as the latest outbreaks are brought down and as the local vaccine roll out begins. This may coincide with reporting season. I would expect that if covid/vaccine/lockdown news is good that the market will read the next announcements/guidance less critically.
Longer term- I expect the sector to adapt and change in the post covid world.
