A simple plan. Buy and hold. So I try to accumulate about once a month. And since Mr Market revealed that he likes REIT as one of his post covid sectors- been loading up on REIT. And a red day today was good timing to top up with MGR.
But the plan is long term- this might go up or down in the short term. Long term success for REIT holdings will require migrants visitors students workers coming in to Australia. So roll out the vaccines and Mirvac to continue to do what they do well- building and managing.
