I estimate Macquarie have about 20 million left to sell. They don't want to be in it anymore because they don't have any chance now of taking over the management due to the internalisation.
That was the only reason they entered the stock earlier last year. They are taking a bath and getting out. They are not interested in whether its a good investment or not.
We know that they will sell down to 28.5 cents which is where they have been dumping recently.
Also, Vanguard might be exiting as well and they have over 20 million to sell.
Lets not forget that one of Australia's greatest deep value investors have recently been increasing their holdings. That being Maple Brown Abbott.
Eric Lucas who is one of the main drivers behind this stock has also increased his shareholding substantially recently.
Once the excess stock has been taken up BJT will move right back up.
Patience will payoff here. Not only that but BJT is paying you substantial distributions to wait.
