    It is interesting that the Nikkei was up 4.5% Thurs & the A$ reached 75 yen. Both of which are strongly positive for a Japanese property company quoted in A$, with a nasty short term FX exposure. The A-REIT fall + uncertainty about the extent of the MQG disposal could be the reason for the downturn.
