    was a buy at 22..since then we have had a div...and further strength, unlike alot of the other reits who have dropped ex div CWT has gone from strength to strength.
    A nice long slow uptrend will provide at least a 300% return as this re-rates back up without all the noise associated in the other reits here on HC.
