Which REITs/ property trusts have Australia centric exposure?
Candidates are:
BEC (possibly-high gearing)
WDC (has some USA mall exposure-unsure of the %)
Australand
Multiplex (property trust side is 100% OZ)
I am a current holder of the latter and interested in investing in more high quality Australia-centric RIETs without too much exposure to UK / USA.
Any ideas?
