They are very irresponsiable lenders and the workings of a inefficient government department, thats why they have gone nowhere for years.
Adelaide bank enguage in building up a quick high risk porfolio of loans then sell them off to other institutions as revenue streams. Adelaide banks lending practices will hurt manny intitutions who have purchased bundled loans from them.
Adelaide Bank might even be sued for breach of duty if it was found that the bundled loans they sold were not accompanied by fundametally sound lending practices.
A situation may arrise where they are sued for millions in losses due to that breachs.
