    89 with no result ! (re industry hiding the failure)

    120 passed in on VENDORS bid !!!
    (in other words...didn't attract any bids ! not a single one !)

    thats 210 properties with 'no chance in hell' of selling at prices owners want !

    how many of those will lose if they lower their asking price ?

    "safe as houses" ??? yeah right !
