yep, good result. This market is still strong, for now, and maybe will carry further than many of us will expect. With all this talk of the banks raising rates soon, I'm surprised buyers did not take that to heart. I know quite a few first home buyers, and I see and feel their pain - what I don't want to see their dreams collapse before their eyes, as they are innocent parties to this shemozzle.
