The message is you don't have to produce anything .. or take risks with your money - if you can afford it you just have to buy a home in Melbourne and simply vote for big immigration to continue and you're "home and hosed".
All the money being invested in mining projects and businesses would be better off being diverted into buying Melbourne homes too.
