regarding the fall or growth in price...it is not the 'average' that reflects the market...rather it the 'median' thats showing that (even though...) but i love how "thedalek" dismissed the report on the basis of it being from REIV (when he thought that it was negative...hm) and quickly came back when hobo-jo FALSELY made it sound positive for property bulls !
