How pathetic and despicable of the REIV to withold the numbers. I don't buy the BS about the agents not submitting the "pass-in" data. Blind Freddie can see the REIV conveniently withold those numbers in order to publish another 66% "healthy clearance" as they put it.
In light of the large number of properties on the market, half of them have no takers. They will only cascade into more properties on the market as those who held off listing also now prepare to jump ship.
