Last weeks Perth fact facts from Reiwa told us there was just over 16000 properties available in Perth which is a positive step as two months ago there was nearly 18000. But when I compare it to this report from SQM research there is actually 21700... Only a 20% increase on this time last year... At a time where seasonally it is time for a low amount of property listings.... All I can say is bring on Summer... Its going to be a blood bath.
