I have read the Statement and am I correct in saying we (holders) are worse by $59 for every 1000 shares at the current offer (see calcs below)?

Offer 1 x AVO for 2.82 DIO
Assume holder has 1000 shares, therefore AVO shares equals 355 AVO shares
