    Their rejection of the prev offer appears to have been a mistake of monumental proportions.

    However, is it possible that they thought they would get a rail deal back then but now they dont?

    I'm no longer a shareholder, but if I was I'd be calling them to ask the Q

    Its interesting to see that all the indie directors have indicated that they will be accepting the offer.
