    I would urge all shareholders to reject resolution 1. If you base the takeup by existing shareholders of the rights issue back in April/May I it was only about 24% take-up.

    If this is the case again, which IMO Pateron's are betting on, then Paterson's would end up with effectively 60 to 70% control of CGE.

    Paterson's and the new management have screwed us so far...don't give them a mandate to keep doing it.
