And if I thought there was no chance we couldn't replace the current board I wouldn't bother voting against point 1.
But I believe we can get a better board than this together.
Basically we have Coutts running the show herself with no UCG experience and no coal experience at all. Zip.
They have sacked all the guy's with UCG experience and some had coal experience as well.
The company say's they will not be adding to the board either so we are stuck with what we have.
I will vote against res 1 because any placement will only go to Patersons anyway and I dont want to see that happen.
They will now demand mates rates stuff and I wouldn't be surprised if the company placed 35m shares with them very soon at 3c or less.
Shareholders have the right to have some control and say in the company they own. We have very little say and knowledge of the companies activities as it is...why throw away any substance of a say we have now?
I wouldn't be bothered either if I didnt hold any shares in the company atm like yourself.
