Following on, I should have also mentioned that it stands out to me very clearly that they only ever refer to the Sycamore option as a "proposal". Nowhere does it say that any agreement has been reached. All they have really said is that they will talk more for another 10 days to Sycamore while they do some further earnings analysis.
