suz73, private equity will do the "treatment" they do on companies, so expect more. They pay 60c, they get back 25% IRR, so a more "real" price for BBG is 75c. That is how PE usually works. If they feel the numbers won't stack up, they'll bail, but PE are not idiots- they make the money everyone else loses.
