Yes disgraceful by m'ment, board and in particular Gordo - funny how he went all quiet this time round, even when 60c was speculated in the AFR about a week ago, as he knew his pal Paul would let him roll in his equity and get a free ride...but of course at $3.30 he was beating his chest and saying he wouldn't accept anything under $4 - what a bunch of fools the lot of them have been in the way this has been handled, however now we are all made to look like fools, as we have been totally blind sided by the company, bidders and insiders, thinking an offer around $1.10 (slightly higher or lower would be made)

Anyway, there is more to play out here IMO...

Saying that, you would rather this for NOW... than the deal falling over completely, as we would have seen massive shorting on the stock tomorrow pushing for a cap raising (also no need to cover if you are issued stock via a placement or cap raising ???)

The value buying tomorrow will come from the shorts having to cover at some stage, those holding at a much higher average price, therefore buying to average down and those buying anticipating another bidder popping up higher or a revised offer...
