they called the votes invalid because they ( bhushan) lost, loyal shareholders that want to kick them off the board know how this company operates.


shareholder's that voted know very well that bhushan is a evil, ruthless company .

bhushan steel literally costs a arm and a leg , not in price , from there employees in the factory!

if there is any shareholders in QLD that can go into there local government office or mine department would be a good idea and get them up to speed they may step in and block the bhushan.it is a state interest to stop this take over from bhushan.
