I received my paperwork from $QGL last week and mailed it in; today I have notification from ASX that it is processing that acceptance.

Given the attrocious way this company has behaved towards retail holders - and let's face it, it has just been a lifestyle company for a revolving door of Chinese ex-pats serving as paper office holders - I can't see any sound reason for a retail holder not to grab the Quantum offer with both hands, as quickly as they can.

It crystalises a capital loss, and allows you to either continue to (a) hold Quantum in the hope they alone, or as a take over vehicle, can finally get the SA site moving, or (b) sell your $QGL and recover your remaining cash.

Staying invested in $LML alone is likely to deliver neither of these outcomes IMHO.
