CTP Board made the correct decision.


A coup that is so amateurish deserves to be rubbished. How on earth could you have an s249d un-numbered, incorrectly numbered, photocopied, faxed, plastered together etc, etc.
I deal in finance, contracts etc every day and the originals are always needed and pages correctly numbered.

How on earth do the board know if a different story was spun to different shareholders by the resident Spin Doctor to acquire votes. The way this was plastered together reefs IMO and such an amateur attempt by any wannabe Coups should never be considered by any shareholder IMO.

This stinks.

Obviously the Board are acting and JH was the Impediment.

I wouldn't be surprised if JH instigated this as he could see the Board putting the pressure on him.

I have no problem JH staying and receiving his existing income for life for putting the acreage together but as long as the Board is run democratically and not as Hitlers boot camp.
